The Mill Bar and Bistro announces launch date: Noon on 17th May

Set in an iconic former textile mill on the banks of the river Wharfe in Otley, The Mill Bar and Bistro promises to be a welcome addition to this quaint yet thriving market town.

Yorkshire is synonymous with fantastic produce, has a long history of local farming, and a fierce pride in providing the best food the region has to offer. This means chefs at The Mill have the pick of the local crop and can carefully select the best suppliers.

Yorkshire farmers meat is famous worldwide for its quality and taste and The Mill is proud to fly the flag for local suppliers, sourcing regionally wherever possible. Most of the ingredients from meats, eggs and fish, to Yorkshire-farmed fruit and vegetables will feature in their delicious bistro style menu.

The Mill Bar and Bistro is the latest addition to the award-winning stable of restaurants owned by the highly talented and successful restarauteurs who also own the hugely popular Moody Cow restaurants in Apperley Bridge and Ilkley, and the Amalfi, Italian restaurant in Yeadon. 

The Mill Bar and Bistro has a certainly become one of the most highly anticipated local restaurant openings and will be a very welcome addition to the Wharfebank Mills estate.
