Our rebranding is complete!!

We are excited to announce the launch of our new website, the latest in a range of planned improvements to the rebranded Wharfebank Mills, Otley.

Previously known as Wharfebank Business Centre, this historic former textile mill, situated on the banks of the River Wharfe, is undergoing massive improvements.

Since ownership changed at the end of December 2016, the new landlords have been implementing a programme of works that will benefit all tenants onsite.

To date insurance premiums have been halved and new rates negotiated for utilities, which should result in smaller fuel bills for tenants in the coming year, which is great news for cost conscious businesses in today’s uncertain market.

And the new Wharfebank Mills logo and website will be accompanied in the next few weeks by light, bright, modern new signage which will uplift the exterior of the buildings and help visitors navigate their way around the complex.

A major refurbishment programme of the buildings has been set out, starting with an interior redesign of the largest of the mill buildings on site: Pegholme Mill. Redecoration of the interior common parts will make the spaces more attractive, bright and light, while still being sympathetic to the historic building that houses the majority of the offices on site.
