The Pennyhole Refurbishment Transforms Wharfebank Mills

The Pennyhole refurbishment. Great news!! The Pennyhole refurbishment at Wharfebank Mills is now complete. And all three offices have already been let!!

Our first new occupier, in Pennyhole West, Office One, is Bridges Pound, a firm of engineering consultants, who moved into Wharfebank Mills on Wednesday, 14th March.

Associate Director, Damian Rafferty and Senior Engineer, Chris Brown, are now comfortably settled into their new workspace, after a snowy introduction to Wharfebank Mills.

The Pennyhole North office has been let to Abbey Construction Consultants Limited, a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who moved to Wharfebank Mills from their previous office space in Ilkley. Not a great distance away but they have reduced their travel to work time significantly by moving to the Pennyhole offices at Wharfebank Mills.

Director Graham Holden and his staff have settled in well to their new home and are enjoying use of the newly refurbished kitchen area.

And finally, we are looking forward to welcoming the final occupier of the Pennyhole, who will be moving in mid-May…. but we are keeping their identity under wraps for now. Watch this space.
